A world of art in the heart of the city
Denver Art Museum
Whether you prefer paintings, sculpture, photographs or textiles, you’ll find something to love at the Denver Art Museum (DAM)! An educational, nonprofit resource, the DAM works to build a world where art sparks creativity, and connects, inspires, and empowers people and communities. The museum’s collection spans the globe, with collections of Indigenous arts of North America, art of the ancient Americas, Asian art, European and American art, modern and contemporary art, Latin American art, architecture and design, African art, Oceanic art, photography, textile art and fashion, and western American art, and includes work by artists from Denver and the Rocky Mountain region. The DAM is nationally recognized as a family-friendly place with innovative education programs. Get hands-on in the Studio, Family Central, Creative Hub, Sensory Garden, and through in-gallery experiences. Enjoy daily tours, the Shop, and on-site restaurants. Don’t miss the Kirkland Museum, now the third building in our campus.
