The Ponti is an immersive dining environment with an expansive outdoor terrace and indoor public and private dining spaces. The locally sourced and inspired seasonal menus offered align with the high standards of sourcing and sustainability, emphasizing vegetables, ancient grains, and heirloom legumes, complemented by handmade pastas, fish, and meat. Consulting chef Jennifer Jasinski was named James Beard Foundation award-winner for Best Chef Southwest in 2013. Located in the Sie Welcome Center at the Denver Art Museum, The Ponti is open for lunch, drinks and small bites every day 11 am-4 pm, dinner on Tuesdays and Fridays, and brunch Saturday and Sunday.
