Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood continues to flourish as a vibrant hub for culinary enthusiasts, with several new establishments enhancing its dynamic food and drink scene. Here's a curated selection of recent and upcoming openings that are making the Golden Triangle a must-visit destination for food lovers:
1. Flora
Opened in December 2024, Flora offers a unique blend of experiences as a café by day and a wine bar by night. Located at 370 W 12th Ave, within the Patten Gray luxury residential building, Flora provides specialty coffee, artisanal pastries, and fresh breakfast options in the morning. As evening approaches, it transforms into an intimate wine bar, featuring a curated selection of fine wines paired with light bites. The establishment also hosts community-driven events, including trivia nights, fostering a sense of connection and vibrancy in the neighborhood.
2. HAMBA
Anticipated to open early 2025, HAMBA is set to elevate the fine dining scene in the Golden Triangle. Spearheaded by Chef Daniel Young, known for his European training in Escoffier cuisine, HAMBA will offer elite food and beverage experiences complemented by four-star concierge service. Situated at 909 Bannock St, within The Parq on Speer development, the restaurant will feature in-home dining services for residents, wine-pairing dinners, personalized cooking classes, and a menu infused with locally sourced ingredients. The name "HAMBA," meaning "go" in Zulu, reflects Chef Young's intention to embark on a new culinary journey.

3. Leven Supply Co
Not in The Triangle, but we had to mention since we love Leven Deli and claim the OG location in the GTCD. In January 2025, the team behind Leven Deli Co. expanded their culinary footprint with the opening of Leven Supply at 300 E Alameda Ave in the Wash Park neighborhood. This new concept offers a to-go-style experience featuring their popular sandwiches, sourdough pizzas, and a curated selection of high-end grocery goods, gifts, and an approachable wine selection. Leven Supply aims to serve as a community gathering space, providing scratch-made meals and unique products to inspire home cooking adventures.

4. Pasque and Stellar Jay at Populus Hotel
The recently opened Populus Hotel, located at 240 14th St, introduces two distinct dining experiences: Pasque and Stellar Jay. Pasque, situated on the ground floor, offers a refined, nature-based menu featuring seasonally driven dishes with fresh plant-based ingredients and locally sourced proteins. Stellar Jay, perched on the rooftop, provides a vibrant dining atmosphere with live-fire cooking and shared plates, all while guests enjoy panoramic views of Denver's skyline and the Rocky Mountains. Both restaurants emphasize sustainability and a connection to nature, aligning with the hotel's carbon-positive mission.
