The GTCD Urban Design Committee is responsible for reviewing proposed development and redevelopment projects concerning real estate located within the boundaries of the Golden Triangle neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The committee is a group of approximately 25 individuals comprised of design professionals, real estate professionals, landowners, business owners, and residents who are all interested in the neighborhood continuing to evolve as a vibrant, healthy and distinct arts and cultural community.
The committee meets monthly, as needed, on the second Thursday of each month. This group is very interested in the design intent, quality of architecture, public realm, and relationship to the neighborhood context. Each project is typically allotted 30 minutes. Please plan for a 15-20 minute presentation and 10 minutes of questions and answers.
