The GTCD Urban Design committee is working together with Denver’s Community Planning & Development office to create new zoning and design standards for the Golden Triangle neighborhood. The group will be evaluating all relevant zoning aspects including building form, height, uses, and street-level design characteristics to implement the recommendations of the Golden Triangle Neighborhood Plan.
The second community open house for the Golden Triangle zoning and design project will take place Wednesday, September 25. Mark your calendar and come contribute your ideas for future zoning and design guidelines updates for the neighborhood.
