Our guest speaker will be Lisa Raville, the Executive Director of the Harm Reduction Action Center. Founded in 2002, the Harm Reduction Action Center is a public-health agency working directly with people who use drugs. They provide direct service, health education classes, referrals, advocacy/policy, and technical assistance to healthcare providers, law enforcement, etc. They are invested in the health and safety in the communities in which they serve. The Center has recently relocated to the Golden Triangle neighborhood at 8th Ave. and Lincoln St.
