The GTCD Board meets the first Thursday of every month. Due to the holiday, our next meeting has been moved to July 9th. All are welcome.
This month we will host Kristofer Johnson with Denver Community Planning & Development for a summary of Golden Triangle Zoning and Design Guidelines update proposals. Kristofer will provide an overview of the zoning process to date and outline proposed revisions to the current zoning framework.
