The committee will be reviewing a Nichols Partnership project at 1200 Lincoln (the former Art Institute building). The Art Studios at 1200 Lincoln is a micro-apartment adaptive reuse project for the currently vacant historic office building, comprising a little over 190 apartments, with a second phase addition atop the existing parking garage, to provide an additional approximately 130 units.
The Urban Design Committee meets the second Thursday every other month to review upcoming development and redevelopment projects concerning real estate located within the boundaries of the Golden Triangle Creative District in Denver, Colorado.
