GTCD Urban Design Meeting

Event Description

On Thursday, November 12th the Urban Design Committee will host an online meeting with two presentations:

• Kay Hiroyo Galligan of Johnson Nathan Strohe and team will present updated information about the Nichols Partnership 1200 Lincoln micro-apartment conversion of the former Art Institute of Colorado building.
• Phillip Fossen and team from Davis Partnership Architects will present updated information about the Mill Creek Residential project at 11th and Bannock, the old Rocky Mountain PBS property.

The Urban Design Committee meets the second Thursday of the month to review upcoming development and redevelopment projects concerning real estate located within the boundaries of the Golden Triangle Creative District in Denver, Colorado.
