August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day and Harm Reduction Action Center is having an outdoor event together with community partners on August 31 at 1:30-3:30 pm. International Overdose Awareness Day is the world’s largest annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.
